Hank was managing a house I owed down in Bradenton, FL while living full time in Vermont and I became so impressed with the level of service provided. We own 4 properties in Sarasota and live in California. I have used property management the last 5 years and finally got fed up with archaic system of finding renters and mailing leases to be signed. I also had a vacancy for a few months, so I flew to Fl and visited the property. On my vacant home, was a hand written note stating “I tried to call the number on the sign and no one returned my call” It was time for a change!! A quick google search turned up Rent Sarasota. I submitted an inquiry and Hank quickly got back to me over the weekend. I interviewed him and was impressed. I signed up on the spot and Hank went to work that day. Hank wrote a listing and started marketing the property. Within 10 days we had a perspective tenant. They quickly turned around a lease (2days) and sent it to my perspective tenants via DocuSign. No hand written “fill in the blank” lease. The process was so easy it was ridiculous. We had a solid tenant, lease signed within 14 days. The landlord portal is amazing if you prefer technology over paper pushing. I can’t get over how efficient his process is. Hank and his team are exceptional and get the job done!! I know this is a long review but they earned it!! Rent Sarasta is the best. Hank, Jenny and Linda have been a treat to work with. When and if repairs were needed, we were called and then the work was done before you knew it. The rent was deposited in our account always on time. I never had to call them for anything. If there were issues even with the condo association, (this really was my job as an owner) they brought it to my attention.
